My interest in photography began some years back in the early 1970’s, as I have had since my childhood always been interested in seeing, finding and watching wild life of all forms. So I decided that photography would provide me with the means of recording some of the nature items that I would come across, such as wild flowers and butterflies. Sometime later in the 1970’s I joined the Lutterworth Photographic Club to help me learn more about taking pictures. This membership then fuelled my interest in looking for, and taking pictures of all the other things that I came across on my travels, especially the wonderful landscapes etc, that we all hope to come across when on our outings and holidays. Membership of a photographic club as also given me the opportunity to see and analyse other peoples pictures, and for me to show my own pictures to others.
